Overview

Searches TikTok's 'Top' results by query — returns both videos and photo carousels, unlike keyword search which only returns videos. Returns `items`, an array of objects each with `id`, `desc` (caption), `content_type` (video or photo carousel), `statistics` (play_count, digg_count/likes, comment_count, share_count), `video` info, and `images` for carousels. Paginate with `cursor`.
